Stay-In Play: Purposeful and Therapeutic Home
Activities for Older People

90 minute session with Katy, a Therapeutic Activity Care Partner:

$60/90 minutes: Stay In Play Therapeutic Activities

• Begin with conversation, check in for the day — approximately 15 mins
• Move into a walk or therapist prescribed exercises.
• End our session with an activity of interest to the client.
• Meals, personal cares, or home domestic activities require extra time with appropriate charges.

Additional Personal Care Services offered by Katy and her team:

• Shower/Dress Assist
• Meal Prep/Clean Up
• Laundry, and Bed Change

Cost per Personal Care Service:

• Meal Prep/Clean up: $15 per meal
• Shower/Dress Assist: $20 per hour

Additional Option:

• Laundry and Bed Change $20 over the time spent in the home

Respite Care:

• Half day respite charge is $97 for an individual resident. (4 hours)

Optional Holiday Services:

• Holiday Activities and Care available for $90 for a 90 minute session per individual.

Group Activity Rates:

• Group rates are:
• 3-7 residents $300
• 8-12 residents $500
• This rate includes instructions and supplies for the planned activity.

This service is subject to a $15 trip fee for distances > 10 miles from zip code 83704.

Distances >30 miles from 83704 are charged an additional mileage rate of $0.70 per mile.

A one-time set-up fee of $50 is due at time of contract signing.
